Mälarstaden Shipping operates throughout Lake Mälaren with charter tours, day trips, and dining cruises with several vessels. To work with us, you should be stress-resistant, positive, and enjoy customer contact as our customers are our greatest asset. With us, the customer comes as a guest but leaves as a friend!
Mälarstaden Shipping has departures from Västerås, Eskilstuna, Enköping, Strängnäs, Kungsängen, and Kallhäll, so travel between these locations may occur, including both boat trips and car rides to the departures.
We are now looking for seasonal staff, particularly for:
Serving staff for charter and dining cruises, multiple positions available
Cruise hosts for our day trips in the summer, 1-2 positions that can also be combined with the above role
Cleaning and dishwashing staff working onboard the vessels
The position can be part-time or full-time during the period of May - September or June - August.
If you have experience in previous serving jobs or customer service, this is an advantage.
